CrossFit Volentia offer a friendly and supportive environment in which you can exercise. Choose between group classes and open gym sessions to get the most out of your training. There is a coach on duty at all times who will be happy to demonstrate movements, answer questions or help you to plan workouts if you’re training alone. Our classes are great for those new to exercise, right the way through to competitive athletes.
